At YOS Sports Health, we strive to provide clear, high-quality care and services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not provide refunds for paid appointments, session fees, or packages. This policy helps us maintain appointment slots, clinician availability, and efficient clinic operations.
1. No Refunds Policy (General)
Payments for individual sessions, online consultations, diagnostic scans, and package purchases are considered final. We do not support refunds once a payment has been processed, except as noted in the specific exceptions below.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty or converted to a clinic credit, at YOS's discretion.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, may result in forfeiture of the session and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible; we will do our best to accommodate you.
3. Packages & Multi-session Bundles
Packages (e.g., 12-session or 24-session packages, family packages) are non-refundable. Where permitted by clinic terms, unused sessions may be transferred or converted to clinic credit subject to the package's terms (validity, named members, and transfer rules). Please check the package terms at the time of purchase.
4. Changes to This Policy
YOS Sports Health reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The most recent version will be posted on this page and the revision date updated accordingly.
